We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase to make sure it's right for you. We are so sure you'll love our products we provide an unrivalled 60 days for you to use our products to your heart's content.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 60 days – and we will refund the original purchase price of the product hassle free.

    How do I return a product?

    Step 1:

    • Email with the subject line 'return request' and the following information
    • Your contact information (name and email address)
    • Place of Purchase (website, social media channel, amazon, etc.)
    • Order Number
    • Item Purchased
    • Reason for Return

    Step 2:

    Wait for Clay Lotus to acknowledge your email, authorize the return and email you a shipping label to return the item.

    Step 3:

    Mail your authorized return using the label provided.

    When will my refund be processed?

    Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days upon receipt at our warehouse and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.

    What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

    If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just drop us a line at and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.

    Can I cancel an order that hasn't shipped?

    Yes, as long as the item hasn't been shipped. Just contact us as soon as possible on We will cancel your order and issue a full refund if you had been charged before dispatch. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.

    How long before my order ships?

    We aim to ship all items within 48 hours of ordering or less, Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

    How long will it take my order to arrive?

    Standard Shipping usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on your where you are.

    You have the option to select other shipping options if you need your order faster at checkout, including:

    • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days)
    • Express Shipping (1 Day)

    Do you ship internationally?

    Sorry, not at the moment. Right now we only ship within the USA. We charge flat rate shipping of only $3.50 for orders up to $19.99 and free shipping for orders above $20 in the USA.
